Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the FastMoss API and FastMoss MCP (the "Service") operated by FastMoss ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Account Terms ​

• You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

2. API Usage ​

• Your use of the Service is subject to specific rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy & Safety ​

• All data displayed or provided through the platform, including but not limited to product data, video data, creator data, market insights, analytics, statistics, and related information (collectively referred to as the “Platform Data”), are derived from publicly available information, third-party sources, or lawful data aggregation and analysis conducted by the platform.
• Users agree to use the Platform Data solely for lawful business analysis or decision-making purposes and shall not use such data for any unlawful activities or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Users agree to keep confidential any data, analytics results, reports, API responses, or other information provided by the platform.
• Without prior written consent from the platform, users shall not:
  • Disclose, sell, lease, share, or transfer Platform Data to any third party.
  • Use Platform Data to develop, operate, or support any competing product or service.
  • Download, scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform Data in bulk.
  • Publicly display or publish Platform Data in any form, including but not limited to media, websites, applications, or public reports.
• Users must implement reasonable security measures to protect their accounts and any data obtained through the platform from unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Termination ​

• We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

• By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
