Payment Agreement ​

This Payment Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of API request quotas, MCP services, and subscriptions from FastMoss.

1. Payments and Billing ​

• By selecting a plan or quota, you agree to pay FastMoss the one-time and/or monthly subscription fees indicated.

2. Refund Policy ​

• Pay-as-you-go Quotas: Purchased API request quotas are generally non-refundable once any part of the quota has been used.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.

3. Automatic Renewal ​

• Subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription through your account profile.
• Renewal prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

4. Taxes ​

• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5. Failed Payments ​

• If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Service until the balance is paid in full.

6. Currency ​

• Payments are processed in USD or CNY based on your region and selected payment provider.
